The Elephant in the Room
Look. Elon Musk and his DOGE squad have taken over the government, whether you believe it or not, or like it or not. It’s happening, right now. Some of you out there elected Trump to be dictator, and he is doing exactly what he said he was going to do! Dictator on Day 1. I didn’t factor in Elon Musk, but here we are with his DOGE squad getting way too intimate for comfort with our information, and for what end? I’m sure to line his and Trump’s pockets. And other people we just haven’t heard about yet.
Remember in 2016 when some of us were freaking out and you told us we were “overreacting”? I do! I called this sh*t 10 years ago when he started running for President. I knew he would totally f*ck the country, but he’s not real bright so he needed Elon to run things off a cliff for him. Enough to, like I said, line their own pockets on the backs of the American people. This is outrageous!
THE MEDIA NEEDS TO CALL IT WHAT IT IS ALREADY! IT’S A COUP. Everyone knows this isn’t business as usual, except no one will acknowledge the “elephant in the room.”
The media as a whole is owned by very few and also very large media conglomerates at this point in time. Are they even allowed to call it a coup? Our fourth branch of government, aka the news media, has been treated badly again and again by Trump and they still report on his every move. I thought it would stop after he LOST in 2020, but the Insurrection guaranteed he’d stay in the news for the foreseeable future. He knew it. That’s why he pardoned all of those January 6 idiots who threatened the lives of the VP and Members of Congress. Fox “News” needs to be taken off the air as most of it is complete fiction that people believe to the levels that they’d rather let Trump and Musk pillage our government in mob-like activities instead of act with integrity.
That’s a 1,000-ish page document and would have taken a lot of thought and work from a lot of people, ahem the Heritage Foundation. And then Trump saying he knew nothing about it, AS IT IS BEING IMPLEMENTED EVERY DAY. Open your eyes if you haven’t. It’s time to wake up. None of this is normal for our country.
I agree that we need a new equilibrium where our country improves, not goes backwards. And why are we letting a South African oligarch determine our future as a country?! It’s time to say NO!
Call your representatives and tell them to “Fire Elon Musk.” He isn’t doing anything good for their districts already, so keep calling and keep telling them to fight the fascism.
